The most recent census figures show that Albuquerque’s population grew by 9,900 people in the first six months of 2018.
The largest increase came in the downtown area, where the population increased by 5,400 people.
Albuquerque is the fourth-most populous metropolitan area in New Mexico.
It is the most populous city in New Hampshire, with more than 1.5 million residents.
The Census Bureau also released new estimates on housing.
They showed that the average house price in Albuquerque increased by 2.4 percent over the past six months.
That was the highest rate in the country.
The median house price was $1.6 million.
Albuquerque’s median house value is about $4.6 billion.
